EXXID Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your EXXID purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • All original packaging and labels must be included

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Face masks

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at exxid@outlook.com to initiate your return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions

  4. Package your items securely and include the original packing slip

Refund Information

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us at exxid@outlook.com to check stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at exxid@outlook.com. We'll arrange a prepaid return label and process a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.

International Returns
Customers outside Hong Kong are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs and customs fees

  • Ensuring the package is properly declared for customs
