At EXXID, we strive to bring your favorite styles from our studio to your doorstep as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery timelines.

Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that during new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. Delays due to customs or carrier-related issues are possible, especially for international destinations.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount – follow us on social media to stay updated!

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days, feel free to contact us at exxid01@outlook.com.

Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, delays or issues can occur during transit. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us with your order details. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment.

Returns After Delivery
If you’re not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
